Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to run Beme and nothing more. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and you can see, export, or delete it whenever you want.
What we collect
Account info. Your email address, name, and (if you sign in with Microsoft) the basic profile details Microsoft passes back.
Project data. Everything you build inside Beme, projects, wall types, supply rates, PDF references. We store it so the software works and so your work is there when you log back in.
Usage data. Basic information about how you use the app (pages visited, features used, browser type) so we can fix bugs and improve the product. We don't track you across the web.
Payment info. If you subscribe, payment details are handled by Stripe, we never see your card number. We only see whether your subscription is active and the email you paid with.
Where it's stored
Project and account data are stored in Supabase's Sydney region. Payment data is handled by Stripe. Both providers use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
Who sees it
Only the team that runs Beme, and only when needed (e.g. if you ask for support and we need to look at your account to help). We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond running the service.
If you're on a Team or Enterprise plan, other users on your team can see the shared library and team-level projects per the role you've assigned them.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. If you'd prefer we handle a request directly, email hello@beme.com.au and we'll act within a reasonable timeframe.
If you cancel your subscription, your data stays accessible for 30 days so you can export. After that it may be deleted from active storage. Backups roll over on a longer schedule.
Cookies
We use cookies (and similar local storage) for two things: keeping you logged in, and remembering your preferences (theme, last-opened project). We don't use third-party tracking cookies.
Updates
If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we'll let active users know by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page is always current.
