Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These terms cover how you use Beme. By creating an account or using the software, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it. We can update these terms; if we make a material change, we'll let active subscribers know by email.
Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials and for anything that happens under your account. Don't share login details. If you think your account's been used by someone who shouldn't have access, get in touch and we'll help.
Subscriptions + cancellation
Beme is sold as a monthly subscription. We charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, your access continues until the end of the current paid period, then stops. We don't issue partial refunds on cancellation.
If you upgrade or downgrade, we adjust the next billing cycle accordingly.
Your projects + data
Anything you build in Beme belongs to you. We store your project data so the software works, and we'll only use it to provide the service you're paying for. You can export your projects as PDFs at any time. If you cancel, your data stays accessible for 30 days; after that it may be deleted. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Beme to do anything illegal, infringe other people's rights, or try to break the service for other users. Don't try to reverse-engineer the software or resell it as your own.
No warranty on estimates
Beme produces quantity estimates from the data you input. We work hard to make those calculations accurate, but you are responsible for verifying your estimates before you order materials or sign a contract. Beme is a tool that helps you estimate; it's not a guarantee, and we're not liable for losses caused by ordering errors, supplier pricing, or how the estimate gets used downstream.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to your use of Beme is capped at the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data, downtime impacts) where the law allows that limit.
Changes + termination
We can change or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice. We can also suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Queensland courts.
