Common questions.
What counts as a job?+
One project, counted once, the first time it produces quantities. After that it's yours forever - edit it, re-price it, export it again next year, nothing counts twice. Tracing, wall setup and the 3D view are all free until there are quantities.
What if I trace something wrong?+
Fix it in the same project and it costs nothing - a project is only ever counted once. If you burn a job on something that was never real, email us and we'll put it back.
What happens when I hit the Starter cap?+
Beme tells you before you start the next job, not after. Everything already priced keeps working; new jobs wait for your billing date - which is when the 10 reset, a full month from when you subscribed - or upgrade to Pro and carry on immediately.
What's the actual difference between Starter and Pro?+
Two things: Starter prices 10 new jobs a month with the Beme mark on exports; Pro is unlimited with your own logo and no Beme credit. The estimating engine is identical.
What does the trial include?+
One trial, and it runs on Starter: 14 days, 10 jobs, the whole engine, Beme footer on exports. Every job you price stays yours afterwards. Want Pro? Upgrade from account settings any time and it starts straight away.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
Yes. Stripe takes it at the start of the trial; you're not charged until it ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
Does Beme price the job or just count it?+
It counts. You know your rates; Beme gives you the exact quantities so the rate is the only number left to think about.
I take off work for other builders - which plan?+
Pro, plus an extra business identity for each firm whose logo goes on the quotes. Pro includes your own; email us for extras.
Can I change plans or cancel?+
Both, from account settings. Monthly, no contract. Upgrades apply immediately; cancel and your projects and exported PDFs stay yours.
